Chargebacks and Disputes
Users agree to settle all disputes directly with PPFBay arising from any transaction with PPFBay or its associates. Use of this Site indicates the user's agreement with the Terms of Use, and as such, all chargebacks will be contested by PPFBay. Abusive and fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action against the claimant. Please note that a chargeback is the original financial institution's opinion of financial responsibility and not a legal ruling from a court of law. All legal action will seek the initial chargeback amount, travel costs, and legal fees related to each incident.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PPFBay and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Installation Disclaimer: PPFBay.com makes every effort to ensure that all precut paint protection film kits have been test fit or otherwise checked for fit and suitability for the specific make and model advertised. While thousands of retail customers have successfully installed this product themselves, a professional quality installation does require some skill on the part of the installer for which PPFBay.com cannot be held accountable. PPFBay.com's liability is limited to providing installation instructions and advice via telephone, email correspondence, or through our "how-to" webpage. The purchase and installation of PPFBay.com precut kits are done so at the buyer's risk. PPFBay.com recommends that any repainted surfaces on your vehicle be professionally painted and fully cured before applying paint protection film. If the paint protection film is removed, there is a possibility that the non-OEM painted surface could be damaged in the removal process. PPFBay cannot be held responsible for damage to the clear coat or the painted surface if not professionally installed. The buyer acknowledges this risk on non-OEM paint or unpainted surfaces, and PPFBay cannot be held accountable.
New Film Defects: PPFBay inspects every piece of film before and after cutting the pattern. If the product does not meet our quality specifications, we will not ship that product and will cut new film(s). We cannot warranty films that may show a defect immediately after installation, as an incorrect installation process may have caused the defect. Please inspect the film prior to installation and while it is still on the backing sheet. This will confirm that it was not an installation issue and removes the possibility that it occurred during installation.
Return Policy: The buyer acknowledges that all orders are custom manufactured after the order is placed. Therefore, under most circumstances, requests to return a product for reasons other than product defect or incorrect shipment (e.g., wrong parts, incomplete parts, etc.) are not allowed. However, on occasion, we may make exceptions, particularly if there is a pending order for the same part numbers or if it is a very common part. Any approved returned products will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. To process a return, please contact us to receive the return information. We must receive all returned merchandise in resalable condition before issuing credit. Film that is not packaged correctly, damaged in shipping, peeled off the backing, or in any condition other than the way it was sent to you cannot be refunded or accepted for return.
Back Orders: Unless otherwise specified by the customer, all orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on backorder and shipped when available.
